Russia’s War on Ukraine
On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The war betrays everything that is true, good, and beautiful in Russia’s philosophical, religious, and cultural traditions. Let us hope that the Russian people, especially, will be inspired by these traditions to work for peace and justice at home and abroad. But in a certain sense these traditions belong to humanity as a whole, and everyone can learn from them.
